Over 1,000 competitors, both youth and adult, will compete in the 2009 USATF Regional Junior Olympic & Club Cross Country Championships. The Regionals serve as a national qualifier, with top finishers going on to the national championships in Reno, Nevada.
Youth: All 18 year old and under participants must pre-qualify at thee November 14th USATF Inland Northwest Association Junior Olympic Cross Country Championships. Please visit the Inland Northwest Track & Field website for more information and registration.
Adults: This is also a club championship race. Only teams who are member clubs will be scored. Open and Masters Men and Women may register ONLINE or CLICK HERE to download the registration form.
