Valley Girl is a sprint distance, women only triathlon featuring a 1/3 mile swim, 10.5 mile bike, and 3 mile run. This year's event sold out in less than 2 hours when online registration opened, a tribute to the support and excitement from the event's competitiors. Emde Sports hosts the event, and also offers free triathlon clinics for the competitors. Information is available on their website
